Barber School Instructors (21 NCAC 06G .0103)

Applicants for apprentice and instructor barber licenses must take two types of examinations: a written and a practical. Current law states that if an applicant passes one, but fails the other, the applicant has six months to pass the failed exam. The proposed rule suggests extending the six-month deadline to three years.

Comment Deadline: April 3, 2023.
