The Nebraska Board of Barber Examiners (Board) announced a proposed rule that would reduce the required time a barber instructor would have to attend training in a barber school from one year to nine months, issuing the notice in the Lincoln Journal Star September 2022.

Those wishing to provide in-person comments are invited to attend a hearing scheduled for October 23, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. CDT at the following address:
